Why is my subsidy delayed?
The subsidy is provided in phases, area by area, and it is scheduled in different districts at different times. Your area may not have been approved yet, or the subsidy may not have launched at store level in your area. Eligibility can also be activated earlier while the subsidy is provided after a short period.
Does eligible mean payment is guaranteed?
No. Eligible means your CNIC is approved for the program, but it does not mean the subsidy is immediately available at store level. There may be no remaining subsidy at store level, or the subsidy may not have launched at store level in your area yet.
When should I check again?
Check eligibility again, and check again at official stores using the government POS system. If the status still shows the same, you may need to go through the process again, since the subsidy is provided in phases and may be provided after a short period.
